Wallboard ( lots of it!) and insulation is added to the interior 'envelope'. All is covered with a white sealant; then, painted black (to the Rolling Stones' tune of Paint it Black !).

White oak floors were an immediate attraction to the old church as a facility for dance and performance. They have been completely refinished throughout and tile added to classroom area floors. Wolfgang J. Pesch is shown below riding the gigantic floor sander.
