Off comes the roof : on 03-03-03 a crane is brought in to remove the wooden roof/rafters built in 1930 for the Church of the Nazareen. It is beautiful wood.

It is quite a feat and not without some difficult moments for the 'EB crew'. The first section removed weighs in at 5600 pounds. Say, when you put on new shingles, aren't you supposed to remove the old ones? No wonder the roof sections weigh so much!
