Earth Day 2002
Well, the earth is still turning but what a day for the old planet. You got George snowing us all on tv in the hills of New York State. Market way down. Ya got this. Ya got that. Water runs out; tornados; rampant pedophilia; same old, same old. 'Earthquaking New England' seems kind of different. But they've quaked there before. And them 'Pats' won that long ago soup bowl. It's all happened before.

All just seems a bit more chaotic as I get older and maybe wiser or more wizened...Gonna run Neil and Sheryl cd's one more time for old time's sake. All the stories have been told. All the songs sung.There have been other earth days . Perhaps a few more before it's all over for old time's sake.

Just back from Hunter Thompson land, Las Vegas. Things have changed a bit since his Fear and Loathing days. Our hotel had a nice view of the strip.

There is a cool new deal where we can "peer-to-peer" review other blogs. I was assigned a site entitled,
"Put the knife down and take a green herb, dude" to review.
You may want to see what other bloggers are up to.

My review follows: "This site loads quickly with ease. It is a clean site with cogent remarks made on a daily basis (with few illustrations) for an audience more web-teched than I. I do not know an " ASP.NET platform" from a "piggyback distributing computing app" but, if you do, then this is the site for you!
The author of the site portrays the site as,'Another schmoe who does web db apps, VB, and a little Java for a living who thinks they're smart, but isn't rich enough to shell out for'. More power to ya, dude!"

April Fools 2002Angels Are Powerless Against Tribe's Colon
This a true story headline in our illustrious Albuquerque Journal this morning. The article tells the tale of yesterday’s opening baseball game for the Cleveland Indians where their pitcher named Bartolo Colon shut out the Annaheim Angels.

Here’s another ‘true headline’ from April 1:
Jack Rabbits Attack Walkers In Sonoma County;
Man Bitten, Woman Forced To Evade Jack Rabbit

In further Bunny news, here’s a digital gallery from Albuquerque's ace digital man, Wayne Klick...His most recent gallery of photographs
comes FRESH and CHAOTIC from the BunnytownUSA BBQ yesterday...

Hoppy April Fool’s ya’, go eat some cabbage.
